Tiguan car service

Organization: I had request to check autobreak feature which was over sensitive and may need recalibration no feedback was give. I requested to check front lights one side does not work I received no feedback and problem still persisist. I was told the brake pads both front and back needed.changing however there was no indicator on dashboard to show brake pads had worn out from my underdtanding this model has brake pad sensors are the sensors all not working ? No explanation given. I was told car battery needs changing no test result to show any readings or explanation. Repair quality: Some issue i addressed were not taken seriously. Customer care: My concerns which i raised before service was not taken seriously. No notes were taken and no explnation in the issues when collecting the car. Quite dissapointed.
