Organization: Recent visit was very disappointed due to explanation was not satisfy and problem still not rectified. Repair quality: Have to come back since the problem still occur. Customer care: Nope, we have to wait too long and no curtessy was given.

Good Work, But Interior Cleanliness Could Improve

However, during the work my car’s interior A-pillar was left dirty, and I had to clean it myself afterwards. It would be great if more care could be taken to keep the interior clean while working on customer's cars.
