I took my Audi Q5 (2.0 TFSI Quattro) to Kota Bumi Audi Service Centre for a series of major mechanical and transmission services, and I couldn't be happier with the results! A special thanks to Eddie, my Service Advisor. Eddie demonstrated outstanding professionalism, technical honesty, and great customer care throughout the entire process. He listened carefully to all my concerns, helped refine the quote to focus strictly on necessary repairs, and kept me updated every step of the way. The workshop team performed a full ZF 8HP gearbox and differential fluid service, replaced the front brake rotors, solved a level sensor issue, and replaced the high-pressure fuel pump gasket. The car drives like it just rolled off the showroom floor, the gear shifts are silky smooth, braking is immediate and vibration-free, and the mechanical noise is completely gone. If you own an Audi in Sabah and want official, transparent, and top-tier service, ask for Eddie at Kota Bumi. Worth every ringgit!

As a girl who does not know about car, they really explain to me well and also telling me the consequences for everything. They fix it really fast too. After finishing their work, they do a test drive to ensure that the condition of the car is okay and see if the car needs some fixing.
