Also to Mr Chin for his effort to incredibly restore my lower front skirting which was slightly detached after I hit the road curb and manually did touch up paint to my left fender. Last but not least, Ms Ina for her firm and strong, yet graceful welcoming gestures and understanding of my appointment. So they too deserving of a 5 STAR ratings.

Overall rating of the dealer (verified): my car battery died at the United point mall car park around 2PM...I then called VW service centre Desa Sri Hartamas, and within 2 hours they sent 2 technicians with a new battery, after installing the new battery, we drove my car to VW service centre Desa Sri Hartamas, and my car was released by 6PM.

Vehicle damaged during warranty part replacement - No accountability, No follow-up

Very disappointing experience with Ian Lau at Volkswagen Sri Hartamas by FA Wagen. The vehicle was damaged by the workshop during a warranty part replacement when one of the alloy rims was scratched while vehicle was being moved to service bay. Instead of taking responsibility, the workshop refused to replace the scratched rim. Even more disappointing, Ian Lau never contact the car owner to provide update or discuss resolution since the incidence happen. No communication, No accontability, and No customer care reflects an arrogant and dismissive attitude is unacceptable especially from premium automotice brand.
