I've been returning to this outlet mainly due to the way staffs interact with me. Besides the type of maintenance and service needed for my car, I usually renew my insurance and roadtax as well. It's a simple & straightforward experience for me annually.

Parts Replacement at Service Center

Overall rating of the dealer (verified): Faulty part was changed based on timeline and completed agreed. It would have been a much smoother and better experience if the dealer kept spare parts on hand and avoid asking the customer to come back again once the parts are ordered/arrived. This avoids making 2 rounds of tips/appointments thus optimizing the productivity time for both the customer and the service center. This was alleviated with great service from the Service Advisor Ian.
