Appreciation for Exceptional Effort

It took five visits to the service centre before the issue was finally resolved, as the team had to go through several rounds of trial and error. This was quite inconvenient, as I had to travel between my office and the service centre during peak traffic while juggling work meetings. That said, I would like to commend Ian for his exceptional customer service. Although the Android Auto Bluetooth issue ultimately could not be resolved, he went above and beyond by escalating the matter to headquarters and coordinating with teams in Singapore and Germany in every effort to find a solution. His persistence, dedication, professionalism, and commitment to seeing the issue through to closure are truly commendable. His outstanding support is the main reason I am still giving a positive review despite the inconvenience.
