Car Warranty Claim

I sent my car in for a warranty claim. The staff, Eika, handled the process professionally and explained the necessary steps clearly. The service was satisfactory, and the claim was processed without major issues.

4th Year Service

The process was very seamless from point of making the appointment, clear explanation from the Service Assistant, service was carried out professionally and they gave the car a courtesy wash after that.

Alignment Issue Recurring

Repair quality: Tyre rotation, balancing & alignment done during servicing, immediately after alignment is out, steering is to the left. I sent back car for alignment again within 3 to 4 days, still alignment is out and steering pull to left. Now I need to find time to get my alignment done again. Before servicing I had no issues with alignment. This happen after FA Wagen did rotation, balancing and alignment. As of 25/7, SC & Service Advisor has assisted accordingly to resolve the issue.
