Very good service at glenmarie

Overall rating of the dealer (verified): I have serviced my Tiguan at puchong  and hartamas  previously.   Never really satisfy with the service. Issues highlighted were never fully addressed but rather excuses were given.  However it all changed when I sent to glenmarie. The service was tip top. The person who attended was Ms Zanith and she went out of her way to help solve the issues. The service advisor Mr Kathir was also very attentive and made sure my car issues were solved properly. Wish the other branches could emulate the same kind of service so customers don’t have to hunt around so much. Kudos to the both of them!
