Overall assessment of the dealer (verified): Your coating/PPF panel Yap Cash & Carry Sdn Bhd was rude, uncooperative, and did a lousy job installing my PPF. There was sand under the layer, parts of it was not sealed properly and they told me it was "normal". I had to resend the car twice in two days to redo before everything was satisfactory. A waste of my precious time. Customer care: Average. Not good not bad. Organization: I came to collect my brand new car after 3 weeks of settling RM85k downpayment only to receive a car that looks worn out. Front chrome grill had watermarks. Roof bar had terrible watermarks. Wiper was expired. I lost the excitement of getting a brand new car. Bad experience.
