Repair quality: I satisfied with the defect finding and SA at branch help me to claim warranty parts. But after technician change the lower arm, the tyre alignment already out, and i need go to outside do the alignment again. Anyways, SC already follow up with me, there is miss communication with it. Organization: I satisfied with the defect finding and SA at branch help me to claim warranty parts. But After you change the parts, you do nothing. Means, after changing you dint deliver to end user with good result
